Jean-Luc holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School.
​
Prior to his activity as M&A advisor, he combined functions of operational management and management of long-term financing and corporate transactions, first as CF0 and member of the Executive Committee of large groups (YSL, Sanofi Beauté, Chargeurs Wool), then as entrepreneur, becoming co -Founder of a start-up in perfumes and cosmetics.
After six years of uninterrupted growth that saw the turnover increase from EUR 0 to 150 M€, he sold his participation following an LBO and created in 2007 his own fusacq boutique before co-founding Francession network in 2010. He joined ONEtoONE in November 2017.

Jean-Yves has devoted himself to advising and serving companies in the healthcare sector over the last 30 years, carrying out nearly 100 M&A and capital markets transactions.
Career highlights
After graduating from HEC business school in 1989 and INSEAD's finance course in 1996, he immediately joined Deutsche Bank's Healthcare group in Frankfurt, then Baltimore and New York.
As a Deutsche Bank expatriate in the USA, he was responsible for initiating and then fuelling the flow of transatlantic cross-border M&A transactions. He then headed Cowen's European Healthcare Investment Banking business in London from 2007. From 2008 to 2010, he was Senior M&A Adviser at Bryan, Garnier in Paris.
During his 13 years at Michel Dyens, he developed his M&A and partnership expertise in the healthcare sectors..
Jean-Yves has been a keynote speaker on megatrends, prospects and M&A valuations at IMCAS Global Economic Forums for the past 10 years.

Jane HARTLEY

Jane, an American-born executive, has followed a brilliant career path. With a degree in International Finance from Pennsylvania University, she quickly rose through the ranks of the consulting industry.

She began her career at McKinsey & Company, where she honed her skills in financial strategy and performance optimization for major multinationals. Her expertise led her to Hong Kong, where she spent three years advising Asian companies on cross-border acquisitions and expansion strategies.

A polyglot, Jane is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Chinese, enabling her to navigate multicultural environments with ease. On her return to the US, she became a director at Bein Ltd, with a portfolio of international clients in the finance, technology and renewable energy sectors. Her leadership and strategic vision have made her a key figure in global consulting.

Nicolas NERVI

Nicolas has built a career at the intersection of high-level strategic marketing and corporate digital transformation. With a degree in international marketing, he has held European-level marketing leadership roles at major Fortune 500 companies, notably at Kelly Services, where he led the EMEA strategy across 17 countries.

Building on this experience, he founded Smart Corner Sàrl, a consulting firm dedicated to the growth and digital transformation of SMEs in French-speaking Switzerland. For over 10 years, he also served as Academic Director at SAWI, where he led the Federal Certificate program in Marketing and Sales.
A pioneer in the integration of AI into SMEs, Nicolas supports executives in deploying concrete solutions—process automation, lead generation, operational optimization—with an approach firmly focused on return on investment.

With an MBA in international marketing from a Paris business school, Marc has extensive experience in starting and managing businesses.
After 30 years in marketing and business management, Marc has gained significant operational experience in both large international corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises. He has marketing experience in the international luxury and cosmetics industries, notably at L’Oréal, Yves Saint Laurent, and the Gucci Group. After five years spent launching startups in the internet industry, Marc became European Vice President of the Chinese group Pico, a global leader in event marketing.

He founded Aquamoon Luxury Spa on Place Vendôme in Paris and Softmesology Lab to offer women non-invasive anti-aging solutions inspired by aesthetic medicine. Over the years, Marc has gained extensive experience in fundraising and mergers and acquisitions, working with a wide range of investors and funds.
